Abstract
The presentation considers the possibilities of using a digital case by a higher education teacher as a tool for scientific and methodological support of professional development. The focus is on the functions and structure of a digital case, and recommendations are provided for the implementation of digital cases in the practice of higher education institutions to disseminate best practices and innovative methods. The emphasis is on the fact that a digital case contributes to increasing the effectiveness of teachers' professional development, forms the basis for internal and external assessment of the quality of educational activities, and also ensures transparency and openness of the educational process.
