Abstract

The conditions of a full-scale war require military psychologists to instantly adapt to new challenges (digital stress, specific injuries). Traditional educational cycles suffer from an "information lag", which makes the implementation of adaptive principles of training support within open education relevant. The purpose of the work is to theoretically substantiate the adaptive principles of information and analytical support for the training of military psychologists for building individual training trajectories based on professioniographic analysis and Open Science resources.
