Abstract

The paper explores the essence of digital transformation of education as a key factor in the development of professional mobility of participants in the educational process at the master’s level. Modern approaches to the implementation of digital technologies are analyzed, including artificial intelligence tools, online courses, and digital educational platforms in the training of future professionals. The importance of developing digital and research competencies as a basis for adapting students to changes in the professional environment is substantiated. The role of master’s level education in fostering flexibility, autonomy, and lifelong learning skills is highlighted. It is proved that digitalization of education contributes to improving the quality of the educational process, expanding opportunities for professional realization, and integration into the global educational space.
