Abstract

The Appeals Commission at the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the Higher Educational Institution "UMO" of the National Academy of Professional Education of Ukraine is created to consider appeals of applicants regarding grades received at entrance tests (entrance exams and professional tests) conducted by the Institute. The Regulations determine the procedure for the organization, activities and main functions of the Appeals Commission. The Appeals Commission at the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education is created to protect the rights of persons who took entrance exams in competitive subjects for obtaining a master's degree, submitted motivation letters for consideration, resolve controversial issues and consider appeals of applicants regarding the results of entrance tests, consider motivation letters.
