Abstract

The theses address the issue of developing the professional competence of teachers working in the system of special and inclusive education through psychological support in the context of contemporary social challenges. The necessity of a specially organized psychological support system for teaching staff is substantiated, including individual counseling and a pedagogical reflection training program as an integrated form of socio-psychological learning. The content, structure, and objectives of the training are revealed, aimed at fostering personal and pedagogical reflection, communicative competence, professional identity, and the ability to engage in partnership-based interaction with children with special educational needs.
