Abstract

The article presents the theoretical justification and conceptualization of the potential of a neural network chat-bot as an interactive resource for developing civic identity of youth in deoccupied territories. The relevance of the study is driven by the challenges of post-traumatic recovery and the imperative for social-psychological reintegration of young people who have endured the collapse of the value-normative order and intensive destructive influence. The scientific inquiry is based on an understanding of the interactive resource not merely as a technological platform, but as an active subject-centered environment that facilitates the transition from passive information consumption to the dynamic, dialogic construction of personal meanings. In this context, Large Language Models (LLMs) are viewed as "digital companions" endowed with features of Artificial Social Intelligence (ASI) and oriented toward facilitating the processes of an individual's civic self-determination. The methodological framework of the research is established through an interdisciplinary synthesis of the Human-Machine Teaming (HMT) paradigm, discursive psychology, and Self-Determination Theory (SDT). It is substantiated that the specific interactivity of the resource is grounded in the instrumental potential of the chatbot to create a "digital safe space" effect. By ensuring a high level of digital anonymity and a fundamental absence of external social evaluation, this resource minimizes persistent communicative barriers, thereby activating the free verbalization of internal value conflicts and determining the reduction of social anxiety. The key result of the study is the developed expanded analytical framework defining the chatbot design parameters: the contour of transferred subjectivity (a mechanism for engaging the user in dialogue), the modality of the communicative simulacrum (ensuring empathic presence), and the vector of facilitative intention (stimulating civic reflection). It is emphasized that the use of chatbots in social-psychological assistance practices opens new perspectives for remote rehabilitation and the formation of national-civic resilience among youth.
