Abstract

This program is designed to provide educators and researchers with a comprehensive understanding of Open Education and Science as the foundation of an innovative academic environment. The curriculum covers the methodology of designing interactive online courses, the use of open licenses, and tools for scientific communication. Special emphasis is placed on cybersecurity, digital ethics, and the inclusivity of educational content. As a result of the training, participants will master practical skills in creating their own online courses using modern LMS platforms and integrating Open Educational Resources (OER) into their professional practice.
