Abstract

This program is focused on fostering a new teaching culture amidst global digital transformations. The curriculum aims to redefine the educator's role as a facilitator, mentor, and leader of change. Participants will master skills in integrating artificial intelligence, virtual reality services, and Open Science tools into the educational process. Special emphasis is placed on digital ethics, psychological resilience (mental health) within the information society, and academic leadership. The program prepares educators for effective performance during Ukraine's post-war recovery and the international integration of its higher education system.
