Abstract
The report examines the socio-psychological conditions for democratizing the educational process in wartime. It argues that the democratization of education should be viewed not only as a pedagogical innovation, but also as an important socio-psychological resource for preserving social unity, maintaining psychological stability, and developing civic responsibility. The key factors that determine the effectiveness of democratic processes in education are highlighted: partnership and cooperation; ensuring psychological safety and emotional well-being; inclusiveness and equal access to education; involving students, teachers, and parents in joint decision-making. The role of the educational environment as a space for social and psychological support that promotes constructive interpersonal interaction, the formation of a sense of trust, security, and social integration in wartime is emphasized. The need for systematic monitoring of the social and psychological climate in educational institutions in order to ensure the effectiveness of democratic changes is emphasized. It was concluded that the democratization of educational processes in wartime is a strategic condition for the development of the individual and society and one of the key mechanisms for protecting the democratic values of our country.
