Abstract
In the collective monograph, the theoretical and methodological foundations as well as practical aspects of professional development of specialists in the contemporary open educational environment are systematized and generalized. The book analyzes current concepts of education quality, variable models of professional transformation of pedagogical and academic staff, inclusive approaches, cross-sectoral partnership, and digital solutions for education. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in postgraduate education, the formation of individual educational trajectories, and the development of intelligent educational ecosystems. The monograph is addressed to academic and research staff, heads of educational institutions, specialists in the system of postgraduate education, higher education students, and researchers of professional development issues. The materials presented in the monograph are published in the authors’ original editions and reflect their individual scholarly positions.
