Abstract

The terms of reference for the scientific research "Technologies for the formation and use of FAIR data in the field of educational sciences" (state registration number 0126U000521) (01.01.2026-31.12.2027) contains the following information: basis, executors, priority direction, purpose and task, subject, object and methods, deadline, research stages, etc. Field of application: education and science. to develop technologies for the formation and use of FAIR data in the field of educational sciences. Research objectives: 1. To clarify the conceptual and terminological apparatus on the problem of forming and using FAIR data. 2. To analyze existing digital services for storing and processing FAIR data in the field of educational sciences. 3. Develop a model for standardizing FAIR data for the field of educational sciences. 4. Develop a technology for forming FAIR data in the field of educational sciences. 5. Develop a technology for using FAIR data in the field of educational sciences. 6. Experimentally verify the effectiveness of the developed technologies for forming and using FAIR data. Stages of implementation: 1. Theoretical and modeling (01.2026-12.2026); 2. Experimental and generalization (01.2027-12.2027). Expected results: – teaching and methodological manual “FAIR data in the field of educational sciences” (7 academic hours); – reference book “Formation and use of FAIR data in educational sciences” (3 academic hours); – electronic resource (distance learning course) “Use of FAIR data in educational sciences”; – articles.
