Abstract

An analysis of legislative and regulatory documents regulating the organization of the educational process at the levels of professional and specialized pre-higher education has been carried out. The organizational and legal principles of assessing the quality and recognizing the results of formal, non-formal and informal education have been highlighted. The emphasis is on organically supplementing and ensuring the satisfaction of the educational needs of citizens of the country throughout their lives through the acquisition of formal, non-formal and informal education as important elements of the system of continuing education in country.
