Abstract

The main sources of personnel reserve are researched, the ways of its formation and use are determined, the peculiarities of personnel reserve formation during the war are formulated. The role and place of vocational education in training construction workers are considered, and the key aspects of vocational and practical training of construction workers in the context of Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction are identified.
