Abstract

The article analyzes teacher agency as a key factor in effective career guidance and counseling for students of vocational and pre-tertiary education. The structural components of agency and their role in shaping students’ career competence are described. Based on existing research, recommendations for developing teacher agency in the process of professional growth are proposed. Prospects for further exploration of this phenomenon are identified.
