Abstract

The purpose of studying the academic discipline is to familiarize undergraduates with the main branches of psychology, the features of the chosen profession, types of psychological assistance to a person, the formation of a holistic, adequate, meaningful image of the profession of a psychologist and scientific ideas about the specifics of professional activity; the development of basic approaches to improving the system of forming psychological readiness of undergraduates for their future profession.
