Abstract

The article summarises the results of theoretical and empirical studies on psychological support for teachers in virtual space. It analyses the main psychological challenges of online and hybrid learning, identifies risk groups among teachers, and determines factors of professional stress and emotional burnout. A multi-level system of psychological support is justified, combining emotional, digital (in the field of digital competence), interpersonal and organisational assistance as a condition for maintaining the professional well-being of teachers.
