Abstract
The collection presents the abstracts of the participants’ presentations from the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Online Conference “Digital Innovations in Vocational (Professional and Technical) Education Institutions: Challenges, Technologies, Experience,” held on October 16, 2025, at the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Vocational Education. The event served as a platform for exchanging scientific and practical insights into the implementation of digital technologies in vocational education, the modernization of the educational process, the development of digital competence among educators and learners, as well as the integration of innovative solutions into the activities of vocational education institutions. The conference covered a wide range of relevant topics, including: the creation and optimization of digital educational environments in vocational institutions; the professional development of educators in the field of digital technologies; the use of electronic educational resources, online platforms, and innovative digital tools in the educational process; the integration of artificial intelligence, VR/AR technologies, simulation environments, and automated services into vocational training; ensuring information and cybersecurity; the development of media literacy and digital culture among students; and the sharing of best practices for digitalizing vocational institutions. The key focus of the collection is the practical aspects of digital transformation, presented through case studies, methodological recommendations, and examples of implementing modern technologies in the learning process. This contributes to increasing the efficiency of educational activities, the development of innovative approaches to training skilled personnel, and the formation of competencies that meet the demands of the modern labor market. The materials in the collection will be useful for academic and teaching staff, administrators, and methodologists from institutions of vocational, professional pre-higher, higher, and postgraduate education, as well as teachers of vocational and theoretical training, industrial training instructors, employers, and learners who aim to enhance their digital competence and implement innovative technologies into the educational process. The publication also supports the development of scientific and methodological discourse on the digitalization of vocational education in Ukraine and the formation of strategic guidelines for modernizing the education sector. The authors of the abstracts are responsible for the content and accuracy of the materials.
