Abstract
In the context of digital transformation in education and the transition to Web3 technologies, the need arises to develop new forms of organizing the educational process. Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) represent a promising mechanism for managing and coordinating educational programs, based on smart contracts and blockchain technologies. This article explores the potential implementation of DAOs in educational institutions, particularly in ensuring governance transparency, automating learning processes, and utilizing digital assets (NFTs, tokens) for knowledge certification. The role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the functioning of educational DAOs is analyzed, including student performance prediction, personalized learning, and automated decision-making. The paper also outlines the key technological and legal challenges associated with integrating DAOs into the education sector.
