Abstract

The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations of using adaptive technologies to ensure the continuous development of the professional competence of professional college educators. The specifics of applying personalized digital tools, which allow educators to flexibly respond to challenges and changes in the educational process in conditions of uncertainty, are revealed. The influence of adaptive learning on the formation of stress resistance, professional mobility, and digital literacy of pedagogical staff is determined. Ways to modernize the professional development system through the integration of intelligent learning systems and the construction of individual trajectories of professional growth are proposed.
