Abstract

The article examines the current state of Ukraine’s labor market, particularly in the construction sector, outlines the key challenges in training highly qualified specialists. Special attention is given to the dual form of education, which combines theoretical learning in educational institutions with practical training in the workplace. The experience of European countries, the legal framework for implementing dual education in Ukraine, and its advantages for both students and employers are discussed. It is shown that the integration of the dual system into the construction field contributes to the development of competitive professionals, increases graduate employment rates, and modernizes educational programs. The importance of dual education for Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction, its role in meeting the needs of strategically important industries, and its integration into the European educational space are emphasized.
