Abstract

The article examines the basic principles of learning, details their content using the example of the textbook «Overcoming Difficulties in the Cognitive Development of Children with Special Speech Needs» (Ribtsun, 2025). The goal, tasks of practical testing of the textbook, individual, subgroup and frontal formats, and the results of the testing, which took place during 2024-2025 on the basis of the Special School for Children with Severe Speech Disorders in the Mizoch settlement of the Rivne Regional Council, are highlighted.
