Abstract
Based on an analysis of the labor market system's needs, the risks associated with applying artificial intelligence (AI), the legal issues of implementing such systems, and the existing educational programs of Ukrainian educational institutions, the requirements for educational and professional training of specialists in the field of AI are outlined. The ideological issues surrounding artificial intelligence and the scientific findings in the field of computer science, which form the basis for their solution, are examined. The need to introduce professional qualifications is shown, a hierarchy of such qualifications is developed, and the main qualification requirements for mass professional qualifications. Based on expert surveys, the main requirements for the developer of AI systems have been developed. The need to introduce professional qualifications for specialists in the implementation of AI in applied areas based on educational qualifications in various fields of knowledge has been shown.
