Abstract
The article reveals the significance of training support for educators as a key component of the methodological system for implementing a digital platform for the professional training of specialists in the mechanical engineering sector. The necessity of developing educators’ digital, methodological, and industry-specific competencies for the effective use of the platform’s functionality is substantiated. The structure of a six-hour training program is presented, aimed at mastering digital tools, creating educational content, working with simulators, and using analytical instruments. The study shows that systematic training support enhances the quality of professional education, reduces the gap between academic knowledge and industrial needs, and promotes the development of personalized learning pathways.
