Abstract

The article analyzes the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence technologies on the development of the education system and human capital formation in the context of the emerging knowledge economy. The possibilities of using intelligent systems for personalized learning, analytical and predictive educational management, and aligning educational programs with the needs of the modern labor market are revealed. It is substantiated that, under conditions of scientifically grounded implementation, state support, and adherence to ethical standards, artificial intelligence acts as a strategic resource for enhancing educational competitiveness and ensuring sustainable human capital development.
