Abstract

Based on the analysis of contemporary wartime and post-war challenges, the paper examines the forms of professional competence development among teaching staff in professional colleges. It reveals the nature of transformations within the system of professional development caused by the need to ensure the resilience of the educational process, psychological support, and the digitalization of learning. The effectiveness of applying coaching technologies, tutoring support, as well as distance and blended learning formats as means of professional growth for teachers is substantiated. The importance of self-reflection, civic and patriotic education, and social engagement of educators in strengthening the educational environment under crisis conditions is highlighted.
