Abstract

The procedure for conducting a competitive selection when filling vacant positions of scientific and pedagogical employees and concluding employment agreements (contracts) with them of the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuous Professional Education establishes the procedure for conducting a competition, a list of positions of scientific and pedagogical employees, forms, terms and procedure for concluding an employment agreement with them and is mandatory when appointing scientific and pedagogical employees and concluding a contract with them as a special form of an employment agreement. In accordance with Part Eleven of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”, when filling vacant positions of scientific and pedagogical employees of higher education institutions and concluding an employment agreement (contract), a competitive selection is preceded, the procedure for which is approved by the Academic Council of the BILPO. In order to select competent and professional scientific and pedagogical employees when filling vacant positions, the principle of competition must be observed. The specifics of the qualification requirements for applicants for positions of scientific and pedagogical workers are established by this Procedure for each separate position. The procedure for competitive selection of scientific and pedagogical workers is transparent. Announcements of the competition, terms, conditions of the conduct are published in the media, and are placed on the official website of BINPO in the section "For Employees" (https://surl.li/qmafnp).
