Abstract
The possibilities of using artificial intelligence technologies for personalization of professional training of workers in the conditions of digital transformation of education are considered. The essence of personalization as a pedagogical approach is analyzed, which involves the adaptation of the content, forms and methods of training to the individual needs, level of training and professional goals of applicants for vocational education. The key functions of artificial intelligence are outlined, including the analysis of educational data, the adaptation of educational trajectories, the provision of interactive feedback and the simulation of production situations in a virtual environment. The potential of AI technologies for improving the efficiency of training workers, developing their professional competencies and meeting the requirements of the modern labor market is substantiated.
