Abstract

The modern labor market of Ukraine is in a state of dynamic transformations caused by the digitalization of the economy, globalization processes, and structural changes in production. Innovative technologies, which are actively being introduced into all spheres of public life, significantly affect the demand of employers, changing both the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of employment. There is a transition from traditional professions to new ones involving the use of digital tools, automated control systems, robotics, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
