Abstract

The relevance of «green» construction in Ukraine is driven by the needs of post-war recovery based on the principles of sustainable development, which include energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and economic feasibility. The implementation of these principles requires the training of specialists who possess modern green technologies. The study analyzes occupations related to green construction using data from the National Classification of Occupations, the Handbook of Qualification Characteristics, and the National Qualifications Register. It identifies a core group of professions that directly implement the requirements of green construction, while traditional construction occupations require an updated training content. The development of new educational programs, the introduction of specialized training modules, and the professional development of teaching staff are proposed.
