Abstract
The electronic training course is designed to enhance the knowledge and practical skills of teaching staff at vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions through the use of visualization and immersive technologies. The main goal of the course is to develop educators’ digital, technical, and methodological competencies for implementing modern technologies in the educational process. The course covers key aspects of applying contemporary digital tools and platforms, including the creation of graphic content using such programs as Shapr 3D, Nebo, and Vectornator, as well as the integration of immersive VR and AR technologies. Participants will learn how to integrate virtual and augmented reality into the learning environment — from choosing appropriate software to designing practical usage scenarios. Special attention is devoted to acquiring, configuring, and using VR simulators, working with AR trainers such as Fronius Virtual Welding and Apolo WeldTrainer, developing learning materials that incorporate AR via mobile apps such as SHAPR 3D AR and VIRTUAL WELDING AR, and personalizing educational content using AI-powered tools like Pictory.ai, Elevenlabs.io, Descript, and Play.ht to create immersive voiceovers and interactive materials. The course is based on the principles of interactivity, practical application, and innovation, which support the introduction of cutting-edge technologies into the educational process. All course materials aim to improve accessibility and learner engagement through the use of modern digital tools. Additionally, participants will be able to create their own interactive educational content, design graphical objects, and apply interactive methods in their professional practice. The course provides educators with practical case studies, step-by-step instructions, and real-world examples that enable immediate application of the acquired knowledge in their work. Thus, this course serves as a tool for modernizing the educational process in the context of the digital transformation of education. The electronic course has been developed in alignment with the comprehensive research topic of BINPO: “Labour Market Trendwatching in the System of Training and Professional Development of Specialists in the Context of Ukraine’s Post-War Recovery”(Project No. 0122U202007, 2022–2025).
