Abstract

The second is the need to improve teaching in higher education institutions by implementing principles and procedures for ensuring the quality of education and recognizing qualifications, bridging the gap between the transformation of human development and technological progress, which requires special training of all participants in the educational process, in particular, increasing readiness to adapt pedagogical methods taking into account digital technologies.
