Abstract

Analytical reviews of the media are aimed at helping to effectively formulate and implement state policy in the field of education and science, as well as to make informed management decisions at all levels - from local to national (since it is necessary to have complete, reliable and up-to-date analytical and statistical information). Such information allows for a deeper understanding of the state and trends in the development of the education and research sectors, identifying problems, predicting possible consequences of management decisions, setting priorities and developing effective development strategies.
