Abstract
The methodological manual was prepared by scientists from the Laboratory of Consultative Psychology and Psychotherapy of the Institute of Psychology named after G.S. Kostyuk of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. It identifies and presents the specifics of the social situation of the formation of requests for psychological assistance by internally displaced persons, their description and typification, clear components and algorithms of psychological assistance to this category of victims, taking into account the modern context. A description of the results of the study is presented: typical negative consequences of the influence of excessive stress factors on internally displaced and temporarily displaced persons, their children, the main factors of psychological trauma, methodological tools depending on the type of displaced persons. The results of the testing and methodological arrangement of the application of psychotechnologies aimed at working with internally displaced persons in the modern crisis context caused by the war, which include self-help techniques, are presented. The data of the prognostic analysis of the specifics of psychological assistance to these categories of victims in the post-war period are presented. Themethodological manual is addressed to psychologists/psychotherapists - scientists and practitioners, teachers of higher education institutions, as well as specialists in other supporting professions and volunteers - everyone involved in the field of psychological and socio-psychological assistance to victims of severe psychotraumatic events.
