Abstract

The thesis highlights the history and current state of fruitful scientific and pedagogical cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Poland, which began in 1999 with the establishment of the Scientific Pedagogical Society "Poland–Ukraine." The author focuses on the work conducted by specialists at the V. O. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine in preparing the bibliographic index "Education and Pedagogical Science of Ukraine and Poland. 2005–2024". Specifically, the abstract details the section of the index dedicated to Ukrainian scholars' research on the development of the Polish educational system, its transformation according to European standards, and the adaptation of Polish experience in the context of Ukrainian education. The importance of the synergy between traditional methods and modern technological solutions for modernizing the educational process is emphasized, along with the need for active collaboration between the scientific structures of both countries. It is concluded that the historical experience of joint work serves as a foundation for the further development of integrated educational projects in the field of education.
