Abstract
Approaches to modernizing new-generation educational programs aimed at achieving a balance between digital, social, and ethical competencies are considered. The need to transition from a knowledge based to a competency-based paradigm of education that meets the requirements of the labor market and the challenges of digital transformation is justified. Strategic guidelines for the development of the digital, social, and ethical components of the educational process are defined, taking into account the European competence framework. It is emphasized that the formation of people-centered specialists requires a systematic improvement of teachers' digital and ethical literacy and the active involvement of stakeholders in the development of educational programs.
