Abstract
The theses indicate the relevance of the problem of resilience as a resource for self-development of gifted students in war conditions. It is emphasized that resilience as a resource for self-development of gifted students becomes extremely important both for their personal development and for the future of society. It acts as an internal resource of the individual, which helps to cope with stressful, difficult, even extreme, life situations. It is determined that resilience is considered the main resource for overcoming difficult life situations and refers to the ability of education seekers to control and manage life events in uncertain circumstances, to perceive difficulties as valuable experience and successfully overcome them and use this as an opportunity for personal psychological growth. The main aspects of resilience as a resource are highlighted. Resilience as a resource for self-development of gifted students allows you to turn difficulties into opportunities, promotes adaptation to new conditions and maintains internal balance. It helps an individual maintain optimism, make responsible decisions, and develop qualities such as self-control and self-regulation, which are necessary for continuous development.
