Abstract
The monograph is structured into three content sections that logically outline the evolutionary-stage, philosophical-conceptual and technological-methodological aspects of the implementation of inclusion in the Ukrainian education system. The first section presents the author's periodization of the formation of the inclusive paradigm in Ukraine; reveals the features of the four stages of its development; identifies key factors of progress, evolutionary changes in the philosophical-methodological, normative-organizational and practical-methodological dimensions. The second section reveals the conceptual foundations of the new educational paradigm; outlines the philosophical basis, basic concepts, principles, approaches and ideas that form its value basis. This section has a worldview and methodological character; defines the logic, ideology of the modern inclusive transformation of the educational space of Ukraine. The third section presents the technological component of the implementation of inclusive education; details the methodological tools of six key technological complexes; the basic tools of inclusive practice are presented; methodological guidelines for developers of new educational technologies and support programs are outlined. Special attention is paid to the context of wartime and the post-war period, when further implementation of the inclusive paradigm should take place, taking into account new social challenges, the needs of adapting the educational environment and finding innovative forms of psychological and pedagogical support for people with special needs. The publication is addressed to scientists, teachers, students of pedagogical universities, postgraduate students, methodologists, employees of educational institutions and inclusive resource centers, specialists in the system of advanced training of pedagogical personnel, as well as everyone involved in the implementation of the principles of barrier-free and equal opportunities in the field of education, everyone interested in the issues of education of children with special educational needs.
