Abstract

Conducting a comprehensive psychological and pedagogical assessment of the development (CO) of a person with hearing impairments using sign language is an important process aimed at a comprehensive study of the cognitive, speech, emotional, and social development of the child, taking into account his or her communicative characteristics. The purpose of a comprehensive psychological and pedagogical assessment of the development of a child, including a child with hearing impairments, is to determine the level of his or her general development, intellectual, speech, emotional, social, and motor, identify strengths and needs for support, form individual needs and a corrective and developmental route, and ensure adequate communication of the child and family (sign language) with IRC specialists through sign language or other alternative means.
