Abstract
Methodological recommendations are devoted to the problem of mobilizing adaptive resources of participants in the educational process. The purpose of the recommendations is to reveal effective psychological and organizational strategies for activating adaptive resources in the conditions of a modern school. The work reveals the psychological meaning of the terms: resource, personal resource, psychological resource. Information about adaptive resources and their main types is presented, research methods are given, and practical recommendations are given for the formation of adaptive resources in students. It is emphasized that the mobilization of adaptive resources allows not only to reduce the negative impact of stress factors, but also to increase the effectiveness of learning, promote the harmonious development of the personality and the formation of a stable educational community. Mobilization of resources should be aimed at realizing one's own strengths and capabilities; forming strategies for emotional self-regulation; developing interaction skills in society; activating motivation for learning and personal growth. The materials contained in the methodological recommendations are aimed at increasing the level of psychological competence of all who work with students. They can be used by psychologists, teachers, social workers, lecturers at institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education, methodologists, students, and scientists.
