Abstract
The article highlights the experience of using open educational and scientific information systems to monitor the web resource of a scientific institution. The experience of the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine shows that the use of open educational and scientific information systems allows for comprehensive and high quality monitoring of the web resource of a scientific institution's website in order to provide a more complete and relevant set of various databases for the site in accordance with the requests and needs of users. The analysis of the use of the open educational and scientific free information systems, such as the search and scientometric system Google Scholar (Google Academy), the international rating National H-index Ranking, the international scientometric database Web of Science, the information and analytical system Google Analytics 4 and the popular social network Facebook was made. The monitoring of the scientific institution's website showed that the comprehensive use of selected web systems allows obtaining various key indicators, such as the number of citations, the Hirsch index (H-index) in Google Scholar, National H-index, H-index in Scopus and Web of Science, ranking of publications and authors, as well as statistics on downloads, publication views and site visits, and many others. An analysis of the experience of using the web resource of the Institute for Digitalisation of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine demonstrates that the use of scientometric databases and web analytics systems can be used for effective monitoring of the activities of scientific institutions, as well as for evaluating the results of scientific and pedagogical research. The main criteria for choosing these tools are indicators of openness, functionality, informativeness and suitability for monitoring the web resource. The implementation of new information and digital technologies requires further research into electronic open access systems. There is potential in studying bibliometric and scientometric services for comprehensive monitoring of web resources of scientific institutions using mathematical models that will help automate this process. The development of digital competence among scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers is key to successful monitoring and optimization of websites of scientific institutions. To achieve the goals, it is important to continue research in this area and introduce innovations in digital education.
