Abstract

The theses highlight the problem of self-development of gifted students in wartime. The importance of this topic and its relevance are revealed, because for Ukraine, the development of a system for the development of gifted individuals is a necessary condition for achieving success on the path to building an independent state. That is why it is important to determine priorities in this aspect of school activity, create a clear system of work with the named category of students, carry out the search, selection, creative development of gifted, talented students in the field of science, culture, art, sports, create favorable conditions for the realization of children's potential. It is determined that today the problems of finding ways of psychological support for the development of the individual, creating models of optimal interaction that allow the individual to reveal their own individuality and implementing them in psychological practice are relevant. It is emphasized that the basis of work with gifted children should be real knowledge of their potential capabilities, forecasting needs and models of personality development.
