Abstract
The article proves the importance, content, and directions of the formation of professional mobility of a teacher in the conditions of digitalization of society. Digital mobility is considered a key element of professional mobility. The qualities and components that are fundamental for the formation of development and identification of professional mobility of a teacher in the conditions of digitalization of society are highlighted. The results of the ascertaining stage of the experiment showed an insufficient level of formation of professional mobility of a teacher in the conditions of digitalization of society. At the formative stage of the experiment, pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional mobility of a teacher in the conditions of digitalization of society were introduced in the experimental groups. At the control stage, the effectiveness of the implementation of pedagogical conditions, and the role of training and seminars for the formation of professional mobility of a teacher in the conditions of digitalization of society were checked. The effectiveness of the implementation of pedagogical conditions and the role of training and seminars for the formation of professional mobility of a teacher in the conditions of digitalization of society is evidenced by the dynamics of the levels of professional mobility of teachers in the experimental groups. As a result of the study, scientific and methodological recommendations were developed for students and teachers regarding the formation of professional mobility of teachers in the context of the digitalization of society.
