Abstract

The empirical part showed that the implementation of electronic learning resources significantly increases the level of student engagement and motivation, contributing to improving the quality of education and the effectiveness of professional training. E-learning also allows students to choose the pace of learning and access to additional materials, which helps to better adapt the educational process to individual needs. This was made possible by access to a large amount of information and educational materials, such as video lessons, articles, presentations and other resources that allow for a deeper study of the topic. Indeed, in conditions of frequent air raids, shelling, power outages and limited access to the Internet, the use of E-learning allows students to study anywhere and at any time, reducing time and space constraints. This is especially important when organizing blended learning and involving students in volunteer work.
