Abstract
The full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation fundamentally changed the structure of the national labor market. Construction was one of the industries that felt this impact. The loss of a significant part of the male workforce due to mobilization, migration, and injuries created the necessity of attracting new labor resources. Under these circumstances, the role of women in the industry increased, leading to the process of the feminization of construction professions.
