Abstract

The article examines the methodology for applying a digital platform in the vocational training of skilled workers in the machine-building industry. The modular structure of training, the integration of interactive tools, simulation modules, and adaptive learning are described. The principal aspects of using virtual laboratories, digital simulators, and algorithms for personalizing the educational process are identified, aiming to enhance learners’ competence and ensure that the training content aligns with the demands of modern manufacturing.
