Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of manifestations of emotional burnout syndrome during professional activity of the personnel of educational organisations. Characteristics of causes and negative factors of this syndrome, stages of its course in the above-mentioned personnel and different professional groups are given; the most common ways of its prevention, diagnostics and therapy in the conditions of professional activity are characterised. The factors contributing to the occurrence of burnout in the personnel of educational organisations are revealed. It is noted that the occurrence of burnout can be associated with certain internal (setting unattainable goals, exaggerated expectations of oneself or using professional activity as a substitute for social life) and external (lack of feedback/recognition at work, lack of autonomy or interpersonal conflicts, which mainly occur in the professional environment) factors.
