Abstract

The author focuses on the level of formation of the digital culture of teachers of higher pedagogical education institutions, which is gradually being formed and demonstrates positive dynamics. At the same time, he notes that the presence of teachers with an average, low and lowest level of digital competence indicates the need for systematic support and targeted improvement of their digital culture. This is especially relevant in the context of digitalization of education, which requires teachers not only technical awareness, but also a deep understanding of the ethical, cultural and professional aspects of the digital environment.
