Abstract

The article reveals the importance of digital transformation as a key direction for the modernization of Ukraine's education sector and a component of European integration processes. It outlines the factors for the effective implementation of digital tools in higher education and emphasizes the role of corporate training for scientific and pedagogical workers in the formation of digital competencies, the updating of professional functions of teachers, and the implementation of modern educational models. The specifics of corporate training in the context of digitalization, its criteria, forms, motivational aspects, and main challenges are shown. It is emphasized that the strategic and systematic development of teachers' digital skills is a necessary condition for improving the quality of education and the successful implementation of digital transformation in higher education institutions.
