Abstract

The article discusses the current challenges of digital transformation in higher education caused by global social changes, the pandemic, and military events. It analyzes the essence of digitalization, its impact on the modernization of educational processes, the development of digital competencies, and the transformation of pedagogical approaches. It presents foreign experience in the implementation of online platforms, virtual laboratories, data analytics, AR/VR technologies, and cooperation with the IT industry. It is emphasized that innovative digital technologies increase the accessibility, quality, and personalization of education, and the development of IT education and digital skills is a key condition for training competitive specialists in today's digital society.
