Abstract
The study presents the authors' views on information and analytical support for the resilience of gifted individuals in conditions of martial law. In connection with the digital transformation of the educational space, the increase in stress levels and the need to provide comprehensive support to students with high intellectual and creative potential, the generalisation of domestic educational experience through the prism of leading world practices in the formation of personality and the preservation and support of its resilience has been actualised. The concept of ‘resilience of a gifted individual’ has been clarified as an integral characteristic that combines psychological stability, adaptability, cognitive flexibility, and the ability to effectively continue developing abilities in complex socio-political conditions. An important tool in this process is information and analytical support, which includes needs assessment, monitoring of individual educational trajectories, risk analysis, and the creation of personalised support strategies. The contribution of Ukrainian libraries – school, university and public – to the socio-psychological support of gifted individuals' resilience in conditions of martial law is highlighted separately. Reference is made to the activities of digital library services, virtual reading rooms and resource centres for gifted individuals. It is emphasised that Ukrainian libraries not only provide access to educational and scientific materials, but also organise educational and psychological events, create a safe space for development and creativity, and establish online platforms for self-development, media literacy and research activities. The experience of foreign libraries has been analysed, which, in crisis situations, actively apply trauma-informed services models, support programmes for gifted and talented learners, digital resources for the development of research competencies of gifted individuals, and integrate educational, psychological and social services. It was concluded that the synergy between educational institutions and libraries of various types significantly enhances the effectiveness of supporting the resilience of gifted individuals in conditions of martial law. The further development of digital library platforms, analytical services and international partnerships has been identified as a key factor in the formation of a sustainable educational environment capable of ensuring the continuous development of the intellectual potential of the state.
